This Staffordshire Life

Because of my winning the Too Write Sentinel Short Story Competition last year, I got to know Jenny Amphlett who is the editor of Staffordshire Life Magazine. She was very encouraging when she was talking about my story that won, and gave me some lovely feedback from one of the judges, local writer Mel Sherratt. Because of Jenny’s support I decided to be cheeky and to ask her if there was any room for a column in the Sentinel by a local budding writer. To my delight, she suggested Staffordshire Life magazine and I wrote something for the August Issue. Unfortunately for me, this is not going to be a monthly gig, but I will write something from time to time and will post about it on here when I do. I hope to have another article in there before the end of the year or early next year.
