A couple of weeks ago I was proud and thrilled to become part of the team over at The Short Story (TSS), an online platform dedicated to celebrating the “vitality and extraordinary diversity” of short fiction.
My role is as a reviewer, and I am in great company as there are some wonderful reviews of single short stories and collections alike. My review, of The Bath Short Story Award Anthology 2015, can be found here. Currently I am reading “When Planets Slip Their Tracks”, a collection by Joanna Campbell, whose short stories have been published in magazines and anthologies, and many of which have won awards. I will be posting a review of it so keep an eye out for that.
If you visit the home page of TSS, you will find lots to enjoy. As well as the story and collection reviews, there are reviews of events, interviews with writers and events organisers, articles about writing techniques, writing competitions and much more.
