Wednesday Witterings - Thoughts of Summer

In 5 weeks’ time I will be in Morocco, enjoying my summer holiday. With everything that is going on at the moment, it’s great to focus on something that I know will be relaxing and that will help me recharge my batteries.

I have planned all the books I am going to read, and all the writing I will be doing. With 3 novellas in flash in various stages of creation, and of course the novel which is in deep editing mode, I will have plenty to keep me occupied at the side of my pool, while the sun blazes down and Keith keeps me well fuelled with cocktails! Ha ha. It might sound like I am planning a lot of work – which I am – but it’s not really like work. It’s what I love. And the best thing about doing it on holiday is that there will be no distractions, and hour after endless hour where I won’t have to be worrying about the time.
